We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Orders placed before 1pm on a week day are sent out the same day with either standard delivery (1-3 days) or with Fedex next day delivery
.
If you decide to cancel your order (by telephone or email) & your Fine Art Print has not yet been printed then a full refund will be given the same day
.
If your Fine Art Print is damaged in transit or goes missing then a full refund will be given, proof of damage (a digital picture) will be required
.
Any files uploaded for printing will only be used for the purpose of printing your poster order & will be deleted once your poster order is completed
